Adam Franke
| Associate Employee Benefit Specialist Adam Franke joined Puget Sound Benefit Services, Inc., as an Account Manager in 2005 and is now the Associate Employee Benefit Specialist/Director of Operations for both the Seattle and Tacoma offices. Adam attended Washington State University and graduated with a BA in Political Science. Adam's duties as the Associate Benefit Specialist include large case account management and sales responsibilities consisting of fact-finding with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Representatives, employer benefit analysis meetings and employee benefit review meetings. As the Director of Operations, Adam guides our Account Management team to ensure we are providing the excellent customer service for which Puget Sound Benefits is known. He also oversees and assists the team with escalated claim issues and maintains the day-to-day operations for the Seattle office. Adam is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent in Washington State. |
